These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program operated by Marco Destin, Inc. ("Marco Destin") for its employees.
1. Program Description
Marco Destin HR sends text messages to employees who have opted in. Messages may include work schedule updates, document and onboarding reminders, payroll notices, and general HR announcements. Employees may also reply to communicate with the HR department.

2. How to Opt In
Employees opt in by completing and signing the Marco Destin Employee SMS Consent Form, provided by the HR department during onboarding (or at any time for current employees). The form includes the employee's mobile number, an unchecked consent checkbox, the consent disclosure, and the employee's signature and date. A sample of the form is available on our SMS Consent page.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency varies.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or contact Marco Destin HR.

9. Sensitive Information
Do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or medical information by text message. Marco Destin HR will never ask for this information by text.
