Marco Destin HR Employee Notifications

Marco Destin, Inc. sends text messages to employees only after they give written consent. This page shows how employees opt in and contains a copy of the consent form used by the Marco Destin HR department.

How employees opt in

  1. During onboarding (or at any time, for current employees), the HR department gives the employee the Marco Destin Employee SMS Consent Form (paper or fillable PDF).
  2. The employee writes their mobile phone number and checks the consent box, which is unchecked by default.
  3. The employee signs and dates the form. HR keeps the signed form on file as the record of consent.
  4. Consent is optional and not a condition of employment.

After enrolling, the employee may receive this confirmation message:
